BIOGRAPHY

We're Jake on the Lake (JOTL), formed in Pembroke Pines, FL. We cover a variety of music genres that range from classic rock, country, pop, alternative, etc. We started Jake on the Lake in 2020 around the start of the pandemic. One day, my dad, also known as The Other Guy, and I started playing some tunes out on the lake from our pier. To our surprise, people in their boats and the community across the lake started coming out to watch us perform. It got so popular throughout the entire pandemic that at one point, we had 200+ people watch us perform.

As months went by, other vocalists such as Kathy Rodriguez and Adam Bolaños started performing with us and still do to this day. We now perform at venues such as Margaritaville Resort (5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill), Buckley Vineyards in Ellijay, GA, Grumpy Gary's at Dockers, Quarterdeck, Macabi Cigar Bar, Dania Pointe, Tinez Farms, Plantation Walk, and many private corporate events, parties, and weddings. We've also performed the National Anthem at the Miami Heat, Miami Marlins, Miami Hurricanes Men's Basketball, and at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) Men's basketball Sweet Sixteen Tournament to name a few.
